INKY Via de Cristo Annual Meeting

Ultreya & Secretariat Elections

In accordance with Article VIII – Section 8.02 the Indiana-Kentucky (INKY) Via de Cristo will hold its annual meeting in conjunction with the Ultreya to be held Saturday November 9, 2013.  The meeting will convene at 2 pm at:

• St. Andrews Lutheran Church
• 6118 Crawfordsville Rd.
• Indianapolis (Speedway) , IN.

At that meeting INKY will conduct elections to fill the three Secretariat positions whose terms expire this year. This election is open to all who have attended a Via de Cristo weekend. The positions coming open and the names of those members of the community who have expressed a sense of call to serve are as follows:

Lay Director*	Becky Miller
Weekend Chair	John London
Treasurer	Ray Smith & Melanie Miller
(*) In accordance with the by-laws a candidate for Lay Director must have previously been a Rector and also have served on the Secretariat at some previous point.

As per Section 8.03 additional nominations will be accepted from the floor from duly qualified candidates.  All members of our community are urged to prayerfully consider if they may feel Our Lord nudging their heart to step forward and offer themselves for service in any meaningful way.  If you have any questions about serving on secretariat, contact a member via email or phone.
